Steer Ahead Consultants LLP has its office at C-20 in Shivalik, which is very close to Malviya Nagar in South Delhi. The neighborhood is quite nice with a lot of shops and small parks nearby. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle various types of consulting. We don’t have a massive team, just a few dedicated people who show up every morning. The desks are usually covered in papers because we still like to print things out to read them properly. There is a small pantry where we keep our lunch boxes and a very old fridge that makes a humming noise. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or marketing ourselves. Most of our day is spent actually solving problems for the people we work with. The building itself is older, but it has a certain character that we like. We often go out to the local market for a quick snack in the evening when things get a bit stressful. It is a very normal, human way to work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If someone asks, we just say we help businesses move forward. We’ve been here for a while and the routine suits us just fine. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day, focusing on the tasks that need our attention and getting them finished one by one.
