Our office is located at C-37 in Shivalik, Malviya Nagar. It’s a pretty standard building in a neighborhood that has a mix of homes and small businesses. Working in events and entertainment means our office at Spotlight is often filled with all sorts of random things, from sample decorations to piles of paperwork for upcoming shows. It’s rarely quiet here. We’re usually on the phone or sitting around a table trying to figure out the logistics of an event. Shivalik is a nice area, and being in Malviya Nagar makes it easy for us to get to different parts of the city when we need to. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at; it’s just where we do the grit and grind of the work. We have a few desks, some storage for equipment, and a lot of coffee mugs lying around. We don’t follow a strict nine-to-five because the nature of the work often keeps us here late into the night or has us leaving very early in the morning. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re managing so many moving parts. We focus on getting the job done without much fuss. We aren't a big corporate giant; we’re just a small team in Shivalik trying to make sure every event we handle actually happens without any major problems. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes to find a clean spot on a desk, but we manage.
