At South Delhi Property, we work out of N 54C in Sainik Farms. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know it’s a bit of a maze with all the trees and the narrow lanes. Our office is tucked away in this quiet corner of the city. We don't have a big sign or a glass front. It’s just a simple room where we handle our business. We’ve been dealing with properties in this part of town for quite some time. Most people come here because they want a break from the crowded parts of Delhi. We don't use any corporate language or big promises. We just sit down, maybe have a cup of tea, and look at what’s available on the market. It’s a lot of driving around to show people different plots and houses. We know the local guards and the layout of the different blocks quite well. Sometimes the roads here get a bit dusty, but it’s still one of the greener spots to work in.
