Sonu Estates

I am usually at the office at C-196 in Lajpat Nagar I. It’s right opposite the railway crossing, so you can always hear the trains passing by throughout the day. Sonu Estates is just a small place where we handle property matters for the neighborhood. The crossing gets jammed up sometimes, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. I’ve lived around here for a long time, so I know the streets pretty well. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files piled up. We don't use a lot of fancy computers or have a big staff. It is usually just me or one other person here. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to chat about what’s happening in the area. The fan stays on all day because it gets quite warm inside. If you are looking for the place, just find the railway crossing and look across the road. It’s easy to find once you are in Lajpat Nagar I. We don't do much advertising; people just walk in because they see the sign or they know someone who came here before. It's a bit noisy with the train whistles, but you get used to it after a week. We mostly deal with houses and shops around this part of town. The tea stall nearby is where we get our drinks from. We don't have fixed hours sometimes if we are out at a site.
