Sonakshi Properties

We are based at C 170 in Dayanand Colony, which is part of Lajpat Nagar IV. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office is right in the middle of it. Sonakshi Properties is a small family-run kind of place. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for a new home. It’s not a polished corporate office. We have some old posters on the walls and mismatched chairs for our visitors. We spend a lot of our time out on the streets, looking at different flats and talking to landlords. It’s a lot of legwork, but we don't mind it. We’ve lived in Lajpat Nagar for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the best places to get a quick snack. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic when several people come in at once, but we just handle them one by one. We don't use any big words or sales pitches. We just tell people what we know about the properties around here. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it seems to work for the people in Dayanand Colony. We’re usually around most days, unless we are out showing a place to someone. If the door is open, you can just come on in. There's always some noise from the street, but it keeps us feeling like we're part of the action. We just do our best with what we have here.
