SOL ESTATE LLP

We’ve been running SOL ESTATE LLP out of Anupama Garden for a while now. Our office is at A-156, right on Manekshah Marg here in South Delhi. It’s a pretty busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We’ve got the 110068 pin code area covered, mostly because we spend so much time just walking the streets around here. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular space where we keep our files and meet people when they drop by. Sometimes the traffic on Manekshah Marg gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few months. Most days, we are just sitting here handling paperwork or answering the phone. It’s a small team, mostly just us and a couple of helpers who know the neighborhood well. South Delhi has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings going up and more cars on the road every year. We don't really do the big corporate thing. We prefer just talking to people face to face. If you find yourself near Anupama Garden, you’ll probably see our sign. The building is easy enough to find if you know where the main turn is. We stay busy with the local stuff, keeping track of who is moving in and out of the area. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet. We like being part of this corner of Delhi and hope to stay at this address for many more years to come.
