Sneha Engineering

Sneha Engineering is located in one of those DSIDC sheds at 114 Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I. It is a rugged kind of place where you expect to see sparks and hear the sound of metal being cut. We have been working out of this shed for a long time. It is not air-conditioned and the walls have seen better days but the machines work fine. We spend our mornings setting up the jobs and the afternoons trying to finish them before the sun goes down. The industrial estate is a mix of all kinds of businesses but we mostly stick to our own corner. It is a no-nonsense environment here. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually if someone wants to talk they just walk into the shop floor and find one of us near the lathes. We have grease on our hands most of the time. The layout of the shed is a bit cramped because we keep adding more equipment whenever we can. It is a bit noisy when everything is running at once but that is just the sound of work being done. We handle engineering tasks for various people who drop by. It is steady, hard work and we take a bit of pride in just getting the job done right without a lot of talking. We like the atmosphere of Phase I because everyone around us is also busy making things for a living.
