You can find us over at the Saket commercial complex, right at D 2. It’s a decent enough spot in South Delhi where there’s always something happening. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, focusing on the real estate side of things. Since we are in the 110017 area, we deal with a lot of office spaces and residential plots nearby. It’s a mix of corporate vibes and regular family homes around here. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just us sitting in the office, going through listings and talking to landlords. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or walking over to check on a site. The commercial complex gets quite crowded during lunch hours, which is when we usually catch up on our paperwork. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here in Saket. We help people figure out the legal side of buying property or just finding a lease that works for them. It’s practical work. We don't use fancy words to describe a small room or a patch of land. We just show what’s there and let people decide. It's a bit of a grind sometimes with the Delhi heat, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and work.
