Our place is at 1231/52 in the DDA Flats in Kalka Ji. Being in New Delhi -110019 means we’re right in the middle of everything. Signjobs.Com is basically us sitting in these flats working on our computers. DDA flats aren't exactly modern offices, but they work for us. We have a few rooms set up with desks and wires everywhere. The neighborhood is full of families and other small setups like ours. You can hear kids playing outside or someone selling vegetables on the street while we’re working. It’s a very real environment. We spend most of our time looking at job listings and talking to people who are looking for work. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office. We don't have a dress code or anything. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. The stairs up to the flat are a bit narrow, and the lighting in the hallway isn't the best. But inside, we’ve got everything we need to keep the site running. We aren't some giant tech corporation. We are just a small team trying to make things work from Kalka Ji. Sometimes the piles of paper on the desks get a bit out of hand. We try to clean up on Fridays but it doesn't always happen. It’s just a normal, messy, busy office where we try to stay on top of things.
