We are located at 202-D in Pocket-N of Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. It is a residential area, so our office is actually inside one of the apartment blocks. Being in Sarita Vihar is quite handy because it is well-connected to the rest of Delhi. We run a job portal from here, so our day is mostly spent talking to people who are looking for work and companies that need to hire. It involves a lot of looking at resumes and making phone calls to verify details. The office is pretty small and it gets a bit crowded with all the paperwork we have to keep track of. We have a few computers set up along the walls. It is a very casual atmosphere, we don't really wear formal clothes unless someone important is coming over. Usually, it is just us and the sound of keyboards clicking. Outside, you can hear the kids playing or people going about their grocery shopping. It makes the workday feel a bit more human. We have been at this address for a couple of years now and we like the community here. We are just a small team trying to help people find their next step in their careers. It is simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We take turns bringing in food for lunch and it is a pretty friendly vibe most of the time.
