Shriji N Hr

Our little setup for Shriji N Hr is over at P-14 in the Andrews Ganj Extension. It’s a quieter part of New Delhi compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer for getting things done. We’ve been operating from this address for a while now, focusing on recruitment and human resources. The office is just a plain room with some desks and a couple of old fans that make a bit of noise. We don’t have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls; we just focus on the stacks of papers in front of us. People come by when they’re looking for staff or trying to find a new role for themselves. We talk to everyone the same way, whether they’re a big boss or someone just starting out. It’s a very down-to-earth environment here. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone telling us how to sound professional. We just speak like normal people and try to be helpful when we can. Sometimes the days feel long, especially when the paperwork piles up and the phone doesn't stop, but that’s just part of the job. Being in Andrews Ganj gives us a nice home base that doesn't feel too corporate or stiff like the offices in the center of the city. We just do our thing every day and hope it makes a difference for the people who walk through our door.
