We are based out of Okhla Phase 2, specifically at D 12/4. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s mostly warehouses and industrial units. It’s a bit of a maze back here, and the roads can be a little rough with all the heavy trucks moving around. Our building is a plain structure, very much in line with the rest of the neighborhood. Inside, it’s mostly a mix of storage space and a small area where we have our desks. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the activity in the neighboring units. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a sign with bright lights. Most people who come here are looking for the loading dock or checking on equipment. There is always something being moved or packed. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea, which is pretty much the fuel for everyone working here. It’s a very hands-on place. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s more about having enough room to get the work done and keeping everything organized. The air feels different here than in the residential parts of the city. It’s all business and logistics. We’ve been in Okhla for a while and we’ve gotten used to the industrial pace of life. It isn't pretty, but we get the job done from our little spot in Phase 2.
