You can find us down in Okhla Phase I, specifically at B 222. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always loud with trucks and people moving crates around. We handle stage management, which means we spend a lot of time planning how things are going to look and move during events. It’s a lot of physical work and logistics. Our office here is more like a warehouse where we store equipment and get things organized before heading out to a site. It’s not a place for fancy meetings. We usually have clipboards, rolls of tape, and blueprints lying around. The team has been doing this for a long time, so we know the drill. Okhla is a good spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city, though the traffic can be a real nightmare in the evenings. We’re usually the first ones at a venue and the last ones to leave when a show is happening. It’s tiring work but it’s what we know. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us by word of mouth or seeing us working at a venue. We just keep our heads down and make sure the stages are set up right and everything is safe. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, but we’re used to it. The office is dusty and full of gear, but that’s just how stage work goes.
