We are Shivam Foods Pvt Ltd, located at B-91 in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase II. Being in an industrial area means we are surrounded by factories and warehouses. It’s not really a place for window shopping. Our facility is where we handle all our food production. It’s a lot of machines, stainless steel tables, and people in hairnets working. We’ve been operating out of Okhla for years because it makes sense for transport. We move a lot of products out of these doors every week. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find someone at the loading dock or working the floor. Running a private limited company sounds formal, but on the ground, it’s just a lot of hard work and making sure the hygiene is met. We deal with bulk orders and distribution mostly. The traffic in Phase II can be a nightmare for our delivery vans, so we spend a lot of time planning the routes. It’s a no-nonsense business. We aren't here to win awards for our decor. We are here to produce food and get it to where it needs to go. The staff here is mostly local people who have been with us through thick and thin. It’s a busy, noisy, and productive place to be every single day.
