Shaury Housing Ltd.

Shaury Housing Ltd. is tucked away in Saurabh Vihar, which is near Jaitpur Road in the Badarpur area of New Delhi. Our office is actually at L-104, shared with Mr. Prabhat Chandra. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We spend our days looking at housing plans and talking to folks who are looking for a place to live. Badarpur is a busy part of the city, and the roads can get pretty crowded, so we’re used to the noise and the hustle outside our windows. Bhupendra Chauhan and the rest of the crew are usually either here at the desk or out at a construction site checking on how the walls are coming up. We don't have any shiny brochures or fancy marketing people here. We just use our pens and paper to keep track of who needs what and how much material we need to order for the next job. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The office is full of maps and site photos pinned to the walls. It’s a bit messy with all the files and samples of tiles or bricks laying around, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the building part of things and try to keep everything moving forward as best as we can. It’s a lot of legwork, but that is just how housing development goes in a city like Delhi.
