Sharma Nursing Home & Hospital

Sharma Nursing Home & Hospital is located at A-19/A in Kailash Colony. We are right near Greater Kailash, which is a busy part of Delhi. The building isn't new, but it's sturdy and has seen a lot of patients come and go over the years. We have nurses running around most of the time, checking on people in the rooms. It can get a bit loud in the hallways when it's visiting hours. I usually stay near the entrance or in the back office handling the paperwork. There are always forms to fill out and records to organize. Being in Kailash Colony means we get a lot of local families coming in. Sometimes it’s for something small, other times people stay for a few nights. We have different floors for different things. The stairs are a bit narrow, so the elevator gets a lot of use. People often ask for directions because the street layout around A-19/A can be a little confusing if you aren't from around here. We just try to keep things running smoothly so the doctors can do their work. It’s a lot of long hours, especially during the rainy season when more people get sick. We don't have those shiny lobbies you see in the private corporate hospitals. It’s just a practical place where we take care of health stuff. That’s what matters at the end of the day.
