Shardha Placements

Shardha Placements is over in Prakash Mohalla. The address is 207/38. It’s one of those narrow streets in New Delhi where everyone knows everyone. We help people find work in different companies. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. The office is just a couple of rooms with a lot of chairs for people who come in for interviews. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. It gets pretty busy in the mornings. We don’t use any high-tech systems, just some computers and a lot of notebooks. It’s a very hands-on process. We try to help the people from the neighborhood find something decent. Sometimes the candidates are nervous, so we just talk to them normally to help them calm down. We’re not some big corporate agency with a lot of polished talk. We just want to find a good match so the employer is happy and the worker has a job. The area is quite crowded, and parking is always a problem, but we like being here. It’s a real part of the city. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People find us because their friends told them we helped them out. We just keep it simple and honest. That’s how we like to run things. The tea seller downstairs knows exactly how we like our chai, which is a nice perk of staying in one place.
