Sharat Engineering Company

We are over at 207 in the Dsidc Complex. Sharat Engineering Company has been here in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, for a long time. It’s a gritty place, lots of grease and heavy machinery around every corner. Our shop is just one of many in this big complex. We spend our days fixing things and putting parts together. It gets pretty loud with all the tools running at once. You can smell the oil as soon as you walk through the door. We aren't the type to wear suits or sit in meetings all day. We are usually in our work clothes, covered in a bit of grit. The space is a bit tight with all the equipment we have crammed in there. Sometimes we have to move one machine just to get to another. Okhla is always crowded, traffic is a mess most afternoons, but we are used to it by now. We just do the engineering work that comes our way. It’s about being practical and getting the measurements right. No one here cares about being fancy. We just want to make sure the parts work like they are supposed to. Some days are longer than others, especially when a machine breaks down and we have to stay late to fix it. That's just life at Sharat Engineering Company. We keep going because there's always something else that needs doing.
