Serco Bpo

Serco Bpo is located over at 1- Savitri Nagar. It’s right near the Sanatan Dharma Shiv Mandir and Meghna Motors in New Delhi. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires. It gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but that’s just how it is. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it’s really hot outside, but we make do. People bring their lunches and we eat together when there’s a break. Savitri Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. We don't have a big sign outside, so you might miss us if you aren't looking for the specific house number. It’s a simple operation. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the business running and helping the people who call in. Most of the staff live nearby, so it’s a real local feel here. We’ve got a routine that works for us and the work gets done without much fuss.
