We've been running Seekers Placement Services Pvt. Ltd. from our spot in Kalkaji for a while now. The office is over at G-155 on the third floor. It's usually busy with people coming in and out, looking for work or trying to find someone to hire. We handle a lot of phone calls and paperwork every day. New Delhi is a big place and finding the right job isn't always easy for folks. We just try to help them figure it out. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot of files to get through. It’s not fancy here, just a regular office space with desks and computers. We talk to people from all over the city. Some are just starting out, others have lots of experience. It gets a bit loud when the phones start ringing all at once. Kalkaji is a good area, though traffic can be a pain in the mornings. We have been here for some time and we know the neighborhood well. Most of the time, we are just sitting here sorting through resumes or making calls to companies. It's plain work but it keeps us busy. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. People just find us or hear about us from someone else. It works out okay. There’s always tea going in the afternoon which helps us get through the rest of the day. We just do what we do and try to keep things moving along for everyone who walks through that door on the third floor. We don't need any flashy stuff to get things done.
