Screenex Search

We’ve been working out of Geetanjali Enclave for quite some time now. Our office is at B14, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to some of the busier parts of New Delhi. It's just a small group of us here at Screenex Search. Most days are spent on the phone or going through heaps of emails to find the right people for different jobs. It can get pretty repetitive, honestly, but that is just how the search business goes. We started this because we knew the area and wanted to work close to home. The 110017 zip code has changed a lot over the years, with new shops and more traffic, but our routine stays mostly the same. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of tea. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a bit, which is just part of living in Delhi. We try to keep things simple and just do the work that comes our way without making a big fuss about it. If you walk past B14, you might see us through the window just typing away. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people find where they need to go next in their careers. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down over the enclave.
