Sawan Neelu Angel'S Hospital

Sawan Neelu Angel'S Hospital is situated right opposite the J Block Market in Saket. It is a pretty recognizable spot if you spend any time in this part of South Delhi. Being across from a market means there is always something going on outside our doors, from the vegetable sellers to the evening crowds grabbing snacks. We have been here at J-293 for a while, and the building has seen a lot of people come and go. It’s a hospital, so things can get a bit hectic, especially during the middle of the day when the shift changes happen. Our staff is mostly local folks who know the shortcuts around Saket and the best places to get tea during a break. We don’t really do the whole polished, corporate hospital vibe. It feels more like a community hub sometimes. The hallways can get narrow when it’s busy, and sometimes the waiting area is full of families just sitting and talking. We just focus on getting through the patient list and making sure the rooms are ready. There’s no big philosophy behind it; we just show up and do the job that needs doing. Sometimes the equipment acts up or the front desk gets overwhelmed, but we manage to sort it out. It’s a lived-in space that reflects the busy life of Saket. We keep the floors clean and the lights on, and that is about the extent of our formal planning.
