Dr Balgopal Nair Clinic

The clinic is located at B-40 in Sarvodaya Enclave. We are right by Holy Family Hospital, which is the main landmark everyone uses to find us. It’s a small, neighborhood clinic. Dr. Nair has been here for years, and he’s seen just about everyone in the area at some point. The space is simple. We have a small waiting room with some plastic chairs and a table full of old newspapers. It’s not a high-tech facility with glowing screens everywhere. We still use a big paper diary to write down appointments. Most of the time, people just drop in when they’re not feeling well. The walls are a bit plain, and the floor is that old-fashioned tile. It feels more like a home than a sterile medical office. We have a small curtained area for exams and a desk where the doctor sits and talks to people. We don't have a big team, just a couple of people to handle the files and keep things tidy. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is off work, but we try to get through the queue as fast as we can. It’s a very personal way of doing things. We know most of our patients by name, and they know us. It’s just a regular part of the enclave, providing a simple place for people to get checked out.
