Global Healthline Pvt. Ltd. is located at E-242 on the first floor in Greater Kailash - I. It’s a well-known part of New Delhi, 110048. Being on the first floor means we hear the sounds of the street but we are slightly removed from the direct dust. The office has a lot of white walls and simple furniture. We deal with health-related queries and logistics. It’s a lot of computer work and talking to people on the line. The space isn't huge, but we make it work with the desks we have. Greater Kailash is a nice area to walk around during lunch, though it can be hard to find parking. We’ve got a small pantry area where we keep the kettle. Most of our day is spent looking at health data and making sure things are moving through the system correctly. It’s a very routine kind of place. We aren't doing anything flashy here. It’s just about getting the healthline tasks finished before the end of the shift. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when you are reading small print all day. We have a few plants near the window, but they don't get much sun. It’s just a regular office life in a busy part of the city. People come and go, the phones ring, and we keep track of everything in our logs. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that is just how it is here.
