We are located at C-73 in the Hosiery Complex, Phase 2 of Noida. It’s very close to the Phase 2 police station, so we tell people to look for that if they get lost in the industrial area. It’s not the most beautiful part of town, with all the factories and the big trucks moving around, but it’s where all the action is for the garment trade. Our building is a simple concrete structure with a heavy metal door. Inside, we have a large space where we handle all the apparel orders. It’s usually quite loud because of the industrial fans and the noise from the other units in the complex. We spend our days checking on production schedules and making sure the fabric quality is what it should be. We have a few desks for the office work and a long table for inspecting the finished pieces. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break. It gets very hot in Noida during the summer months, and the warehouse area can be a bit stifling. We don't have any fancy signage or a showroom. Most of our business is done through regular contacts we’ve had for years. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re used to the grind of the industrial complex by now. We just stay focused on the tasks.
