Sangam Property

If you are looking for our office, we are at A-32 in Lajpat Nagar I. It is pretty easy to find since we are close to the Desu Market. That market is always crowded, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. I’ve been running Sangam Property from this spot for a good number of years. It’s a small office, nothing too special to look at. We mostly help people with houses and flats around here. My desk is usually covered in papers because there is always something to sign or check. Sometimes the tea guy from down the street comes by and we take a break. We know most of the neighbors in Lajpat Nagar by now. It is a busy neighborhood but we like the energy. We don't do big advertisements or anything like that. People just walk in because they saw our board or heard about us from a friend. Dealing with property can be stressful for people, so we just try to keep it simple. I handle most of the talking myself. We aren't a big corporation, just a local team trying to make a living. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Most days are long but seeing someone get their keys and move into their new place is alright. We just stay here and do our thing day after day.
