Sampling Research

We started Sampling Research a good while back here in New Delhi, right in the 110049 area. It isn’t some big flashy operation with glass walls and suits. Mostly, it’s just a few of us sitting around tables covered in forms and data sheets. We do a lot of fieldwork, which means some of the guys are out in the heat most of the day asking people questions or checking on products in shops. It’s tiring work, to be honest. You get back to the office and there’s always more to type up. The fans are usually running at full speed during the summer. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just come in, do what they need to do, and leave. Our address is easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time double-checking numbers because mistakes happen when you’re tired. It’s just how it goes here. The coffee isn't great, but it keeps us moving. We’ve been through a lot of changes in the city, but we’re still here in the same spot, doing the same basic thing. Sometimes the internet goes down and we just sit there talking until it comes back. It feels like a real place, not like those sterile offices you see in movies. We just keep our heads down and get the sampling done for whoever needs it. It’s not for everyone, but we’ve gotten used to the noise and the constant flow of paperwork over the years.
