Samir Gambhir

I work out of Bharat Enclave near Ashram. It is a very busy part of the city, especially with all the traffic coming through the main intersections near here. Samir Gambhir is the name on the door, but it is really just me and a couple of others trying to keep things running smoothly. My desk is usually covered in papers and notes that I wrote to myself the day before. Ashram is a place where something is always happening, so there is never a quiet moment outside the window. You can hear the horns honking all day long. I have been in this spot for some time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around the enclave. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and meeting people who drop by. It is not a very big space, but it serves the purpose for what we do here. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit outside for some fresh air. It is honest work and it keeps me on my feet. I do not bother with fancy decorations or anything like that in the office. It is more about getting the job done and handling whatever comes across the desk each morning. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule without getting too stressed out by the city noise.
