You can find Sajid Scrap Traders over in Ram Colony, which is part of the Chattarpur area in Mehrauli. We are located at number 9. It is a bit of a dusty spot, but that is just the nature of the scrap business. We deal with all sorts of metal, old parts, and things that people do not want anymore. The yard at number 9 is where everything gets sorted out. We have piles of stuff everywhere, and we spend our days weighing things and loading up the trucks. It is physical, heavy work. We do not wear suits or fancy clothes here. It is mostly just jeans and old shirts that can get dirty without it being a problem. Mehrauli is a historic area, but our part of it is more about the day-to-day trade. Sajid Scrap Traders has been here for a long while, and the people in Ram Colony know us well. We get along with the other traders nearby. Sometimes it gets really hot out in the yard during the summer, so we take our breaks under the shade of the small office we have. The paperwork we do is simple, mostly just keeping track of weights and the prices for the day. We do not have a website or anything like that, just the shop at number 9. People bring their old junk, we give them a price, and that is it. It is an honest way to make a living. We keep at it every day.
