Safco Groups

We are based at O Block - 57 in Srinivas Puri. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood in New Delhi, 110065. Safco Groups isn't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us working out of this space. The office is on a street that gets pretty narrow, so parking is always a bit of a nightmare. I usually take the bus or walk if the weather isn't too bad. We have a few computers and a printer that jams at least once a day. Most of our work involves keeping track of orders and making sure things get sent out to the right people. It’s a lot of lists and checking off boxes. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly it's just calendars and maybe a few old photos. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, but we have a small lamp that helps. We’ve been here for a while now, so we know the other shop owners on the block quite well. Sometimes we go out to get samosas in the afternoon. It’s a basic way to make a living, but we are used to it. We don't have a big marketing department, so we just rely on people knowing where to find us. It’s not perfect, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done.
