Aditya Birla Group

This office is tucked away in Tughlakabad Extension, New Delhi, specifically at RZ-2048/27. If you know Delhi, you know how crowded and tight these extensions can be. There are wires hanging everywhere and the streets are narrow, but it’s where a lot of the real work happens. We’ve got a small setup here for the Aditya Birla Group. It’s mostly just Saurav and a couple of others handling the paperwork. The room gets a bit stuffy in the peak of summer, so the AC is usually running full blast. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails. Outside, there’s always someone shouting or a scooter honking, so it’s never really quiet. It’s a very different vibe from the big offices in Gurgaon or Noida, much more grounded. We usually eat lunch at our desks or go to the small stall around the corner for some samosas. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so you have to watch your step. It’s a busy, messy, honest kind of place. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and we’re right there working. It works for us because we’re close to the people we need to talk to. It’s just a standard Delhi workspace where we try to stay on top of everything. The light in the afternoon isn't great, but we have enough lamps. It is what it is, a place to get things done.
