Bihar Tubes Ltd

Bihar Tubes Ltd is a bit spread out. We have our residential office at B-16 in Chhattarpur Enclave, Phase-II, in New Delhi, but we also operate out of Sector 10A in Gurgaon. It means we are constantly moving between the two locations. If you have ever driven between Delhi and Gurgaon, you know how the traffic can be. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or sitting in the car, trying to make sure the tube orders are moving as they should. The Chhattarpur spot is a bit quieter, being in a residential enclave, which is where we handle some of the more focused paperwork. Over in Gurgaon, things are a lot faster and more industrial. We deal with all sorts of metal tubes for different clients. The office is full of box files, and the desks are usually covered in technical drawings and delivery notes. We don't have a fancy corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. Most of our staff have been around for a long time, so we don't need to explain much to each other. We just get the work done. In the evenings, we often stay late to finish up the logs for the day. It’s a bit of a messy business with all the logistics, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the steel where it needs to go.
