Sahil Engineering Works

We run Sahil Engineering Works out of G-Block in Sangam Vihar. Specifically, we are at House No.286 on Street No.12. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is a small-scale operation. We mostly do local repair work and small fabrication jobs for people living nearby. The street can be a bit narrow, so if you are bringing something big, you have to be careful coming in. We have been here for a while and most of the neighbors know us by now. It is not a big factory with hundreds of workers. It is just a small space where we keep our welding machine, lathe, and hand tools. Most days it is just me and a helper getting through the list of things people have dropped off. We do things like fixing gates, welding broken frames, or making small parts that people cannot find in the stores. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit to get back to work, but that is just how things go in this part of town. We do not have any big signs or advertisements. Usually, people just see the door open and walk in to ask if we can help with a project they have. We try to keep things moving along, though some jobs take more time than others depending on how complicated they are. It is just a basic local shop. (241 words)
