Our office is over at G 127 on the ground floor in Safdarjung Enclave, Mohammadpur. Saffron Realty is a small setup where we talk about houses and plots all day. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and different people involved, so we just try to keep it simple for whoever walks through our door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites to see what they actually look like. Mohammadpur is a good spot for us because we know the area well. It’s not a fancy showroom with velvet chairs. It’s just a place with a few desks and some files where we keep track of what’s available. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days we have plenty of options to show, and other days it's a bit quiet. We don't do much in the way of big marketing. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here at G 127. We listen to what people are looking for and see if we have anything that fits. If we don't, we say so. It’s better to be upfront about things. Dealing with property is just about being practical and knowing the local rules. We are usually around if anyone wants to drop by and have a chat about the local market. Nothing too fancy.
