Sachdeva Property Consuttants is over in Lajpat Nagar Iv. We are at D-55, in the Old Double Story section. It’s a well-known part of the neighborhood that most people around here can find without a map. People recognize the old style of the buildings in this area. It’s not like the new glass towers you see in other parts of the city these days. We’ve been sitting in this same office for a long time now. The walls have some marks here and there and the desks are getting a bit old, but it works fine for what we do. We handle things right here in the Old Double Story area. Sometimes the traffic on the main road outside makes it a bit hard to hear, but you get used to the noise after a few weeks. We aren't trying to be some big, fancy firm. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local plots and flats with whoever stops by. It gets a bit crowded on the weekends when people are off work. Lajpat Nagar Iv always has something going on. Being at D-55 means we see all the neighbors passing by. We don't use any fancy software or anything complicated. It's just notebooks and knowing who is moving where.
