S G Events

S G Events is located over in the Khirki Extension area, right near the Aggarwal Sweets in Malviya Nagar. If you know where that sweet shop is, you’ve probably walked right past us. It’s a very lively area and there’s always something happening on the street outside. We’ve been at this specific address, J-2/12 A, for a good while now. Most of the time, we are busy coordinating things for local families or some of the small businesses around Malviya Nagar. It’s a lot of logistics, to be honest. We spend the day checking on tents, making sure the sound system actually works, and talking to different caterers. We don't have a massive team or a huge staff, just a few dedicated folks who mostly live in the neighborhood. We really like being part of the Malviya Nagar community. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and fabric swatches, but that's just the way we work. We aren't into big marketing pitches or glossy brochures. Usually, someone sees an event we did and just asks for our phone number. That’s how we’ve kept the doors open. It involves a lot of patience and being able to think on your feet when the plans change at the last minute. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is where it needs to be. It’s honest work and keeps us busy.
