S & M Enterprises is located at D-1 in the Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it is a very busy place with a lot of trucks and workers moving around all the time. Our unit is just one of many in this area. We spend most of the day handling various tasks related to the business. It’s not the cleanest area because of all the industrial work going on nearby, but it is where the work gets done. We have a small office area and then the main space where we store things or handle the bigger jobs. The sound of machinery and traffic is pretty constant here. We get used to it after a while. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how things work. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a practical space for a practical business. We deal with a lot of orders and suppliers coming in and out. Sometimes the rain makes the roads around here a mess, but we still manage to get the work finished. We usually have a quick break in the afternoon for some tea from the stall down the road. It’s just honest work in a busy part of Delhi. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just run S & M Enterprises as best as we can every day.
