At 1112 Lodhi Road Complex in New Delhi, you will find our main office. Lodhi Road is a pretty established part of the city, and being in the complex means we are surrounded by many other offices and departments. We spend our days focusing on projects related to rural electrification. It involves a lot of paperwork and looking over various technical maps. The office is an older building with high ceilings and heavy desks. It doesn't have any of those modern office features you see on TV. We just have our workstations and plenty of filing cabinets. Most of us have been working here for quite a while. We aren't the type to do a lot of self-promotion or use big corporate words. We just have our jobs to do and we try to get them finished on time. For lunch, most of the staff heads over to the canteen in the complex. It’s a simple spot to grab a bite and talk. Being in the 110003 area makes it easy to get to, though traffic can be a pain sometimes. We see a lot of people coming and going for different meetings. We don't really bother with flashy missions or goals. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and go from there. It is a very practical and straightforward place to work, filled with regular people just doing their bit to keep things running properly.
