Rozzgar Com

Our place is over in Okhla Phase-II, right at W-42 in the industrial area. If you know Okhla, you know it’s full of warehouses, factories, and a lot of dust. We are right in the thick of it. The office is where we handle everything for Rozzgar Com, mostly focusing on getting people connected with work. It is a very functional space with sturdy furniture and lots of filing cabinets. You won't find any bean bags or ping-pong tables here. We deal with a lot of people coming in to ask about openings, so there is a lot of face-to-face talk throughout the day. The sound of trucks moving outside is pretty much constant, and the air always feels a bit heavy with the industrial surroundings. We have a small water cooler in the corner that gets a lot of use. Our desks are usually covered in notes and schedules. It’s the kind of place where you come to get things done, not to sit around. We try to keep the paperwork moving as fast as we can. Lunch usually comes from a tiffin or one of the local dhabas nearby that serves the workers in the area. It is a gritty, busy part of New Delhi, and our office reflects that. We don't put on any airs; we just do our jobs and help others find theirs. It’s a lot of work but it feels good to be busy.
