Royal Estate Company

Royal Estate Company is located at G 47 on the Kalkaji Main Road. We spend most of our time here dealing with property matters and helping people figure out their housing stuff. The office isn't anything special to look at but it gets the job done. Kalkaji is a busy area so there's always something going on outside our door. Being right on the main road makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they need a hand. We've seen a lot of changes in this neighborhood over the years. Some days are quieter than others but usually we are occupied with paperwork or talking to someone about a flat. We don't really use big words or try to sell anything hard. It's just a local business trying to make things clear for everyone. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is a headache but being accessible is important. G 47 has been our home for a good while. We keep our files organized and try to remember all the faces that come through. It's just a few of us working here. We know the streets around Kalkaji quite well. If you are walking down the main road you will probably see our spot. We aren't interested in being a corporate giant. We like being small and local. People drop in, we have a chat about real estate, and we see what we can do. That is how we run things day to day.
