Rousing Tradeserve Private Limited

Our office is over at Plot No- 169 in Arrah Gardens, right along Delhi Road. It’s a busy spot near Friends Colony, so there is always something going on outside. Rousing Tradeserve Private Limited isn't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team that works out of this space, trying to keep things moving. The traffic on Delhi Road can be a real headache in the mornings, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve set up our desks to make the most of the space we have. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day. Sometimes it’s paperwork, other times it’s talking to people on the phone or meeting someone who dropped by. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just talk like normal people and get the work finished. If a problem comes up, we sit down and figure it out together. There’s no big manual or anything, just common sense and a bit of effort. We’ve been at this location for a bit and we like the convenience of being on a main road. It makes it easier for deliveries and for us to get around the city. We just focus on doing a decent job every day and staying out of trouble. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and that suits us just fine.
