Robindra Singha

I’m based over here in Nehru Nagar, specifically at 7/43. New Delhi is a crowded place, and this area is no different. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t from around here. I’ve been in this spot for a good bit of time. My setup is nothing to brag about, just a room with what I need to keep the business going. People sometimes ask why I don’t move to a bigger market area, but I like it here. It is quiet enough in the mornings before the traffic really kicks in. I usually get in early, make some tea, and start looking at the list of things to do. The walls are a bit thin, so I can hear the neighbors sometimes, but that’s just how it is in Delhi. I try to keep things organized, though my desk would tell you a different story by the end of the week. There’s no big sign outside or anything like that. It’s just me, Robindra, doing what I know how to do. I don’t use a lot of fancy technology unless it’s actually useful. Mostly it’s just phone calls and paper. Dealing with the 110025 pin code means sometimes the mail gets mixed up, but we manage. I just want to keep things running steady without too much fuss or drama. It works for me, and I like being tucked away in this part of the city.
