Rmax Events Exhibitors

Rmax Events Exhibitors is located at 195, Pocket-B in Sukhdev Vihar. It’s where we keep our office and some of the smaller supplies we use for exhibitions and shows. We’ve been working out of Sukhdev Vihar for a few years now. The space in Pocket-B is where we do all our planning and phone calls. It’s not a huge place, but it works for us. Organizing exhibitions takes a lot of coordination and patience. There’s always someone calling about a booth or asking about lighting or how the floor plan looks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different venues around the city. When we aren't out on a site, we are here at number 195 getting things sorted for the next week. It’s a lot of logistics, honestly. You have to make sure the trucks arrive on time and that the layouts are exactly right. We aren't a giant company with a huge board of directors. It’s just a practical team of people who know how to set up a hall. We’ve learned over time that things rarely go exactly to plan, so you have to be ready to change things fast when a problem pops up. We don't really have a sales pitch or a glossy brochure. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing us working at a show. Sukhdev Vihar is a good home base for us. It’s quiet enough to get work done but close enough to get where we need to be.
