We have our office set up in the Rama Road Industrial Area, specifically at Factory No B/7 in the 71/7 Block. It is tucked away right behind Raj General School, so we hear the school bell ringing and the kids playing during their breaks. The area is mostly full of warehouses and small factories, so it can get pretty loud with trucks moving in and out all day. We deal with property and real estate from this small room. It is not the kind of place you would come for a fancy meeting. We have some old plastic chairs and a big wooden desk covered in site maps and ledgers. Most of our work involves going out to see plots of land or meeting people at different industrial sites around Najafgarh Road. It is a lot of dusty work and walking around in the sun. We have been based in this industrial block for quite some time now. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. We keep a big water cooler in the corner because it gets very stuffy in the afternoons. People usually find us by word of mouth or by looking for the school. It is a basic operation, but we know these streets and buildings better than anyone else around here.
