You can find Rajasthan Flour Mills over at 73/4 on the Main Road in Yusuf Sarai. We’re quite close to AIIMS Hospital, so there’s always a lot of movement on the street outside. This place isn't like those modern supermarkets you see in malls. It’s a more traditional setup where we deal a lot with flour and other grains. There’s usually a bit of dust in the air from the milling, and the smell of fresh grain is something you get used to pretty quickly. We spend our days handling heavy sacks and making sure the machines are running like they should. It’s honest work that gets your hands dirty. People from Green Park and the surrounding areas come to us when they want something specific that they can't find in a plastic bag at a big store. We’ve been at this for a while, and the routine hasn't changed much. We open the doors early, check the quality of the incoming wheat, and start the processing. Sometimes the noise from the Main Road gets a bit much, but once you’re inside focusing on the scales and the bags, you don’t notice it as much. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. We just rely on the fact that people know where we are and what we do. It’s just us, the grain, and the customers who’ve been coming here for years.
