Sant Nagar is a place where everyone seems to know what everyone else is doing, and our clinic is right in the middle of all that. We have been operating here for quite a while now. The building is older, and you can tell by the way the doors creak sometimes. We don’t mind it much. It gives the place a bit of character. Most of our patients are people we see walking to the market every day. We don’t have a website or anything like that because word of mouth is how people find us. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We have a desk for the paperwork and a couple of rooms for the checkups. The lighting is a bit dim in the hallway, but it keeps the heat down in the summer. We spend our mornings checking the supplies and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s not a fast-paced environment. We take our time with whoever comes in. Sometimes we just sit and talk with the locals about the weather or how the neighborhood is changing. It’s a simple life running a clinic in Sant Nagar. We don’t use any complicated systems. Everything is done on paper, kept in big binders on the shelf. It’s worked for us so far, and we don't see any reason to change it. We are just a part of the daily routine for this part of town.
