We are located at 218, Siddhartha Enclave. Radiant M. S. Pvt. Ltd. is the name on the door, but most people just know us as the folks who work in the enclave. It’s a quiet enough area most days, which helps us stay focused. We have a small office where we handle all the management and paperwork. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. We prefer it small. It means we know exactly what is happening with every project we take on. Our desks are usually cluttered with files and the occasional half-empty tea cup. We don’t go for the corporate look because that’s just not who we are. We are practical people doing practical work. Some days are slow, and we spend time catching up on things, while other days are so busy we barely have time to look up. We’ve been here long enough that we know the delivery drivers by name. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and try to do a good job of it. If you’re looking for a flashy company with a lot of talk, that’s not us. We just run Radiant M. S. Pvt. Ltd. the best way we know how, day by day. We keep the lights on and the work moving forward without making a big fuss about it.
