The building is a bit older, but it serves us well. We handle everything from here. Chhaterpur is a unique part of Delhi, and Rajpur Khurd has its own rhythm. It can get a bit dusty and loud outside with all the traffic, but we just get on with things. Our space is filled with the smell of whatever we’re working on that day. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a person to greet you at the door. Usually, one of us just looks up from our work when someone walks in. We keep things very simple and honest. No big promises or marketing talk. We just focus on the food and making sure it gets where it needs to go. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we like what we do.
