We are tucked away at number 72 in the Dsidc Complex over in Okhla Phase-1. If you know the area, you know it is a lot of factories and small shops all packed together. Our unit is pretty standard for this part of Delhi. We have some office space in the front and the main work area in the back. It is busy from the moment we open the shutters in the morning. There is always a lot of coming and going with supplies. We try to keep the place organized, but when we are in the middle of a big project, things tend to get cluttered. That is just how we work. We do not have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever is available. Most of us have been working here for several years, so we have a rhythm down. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that is usually when we take a short breather. We deal with a lot of local clients who just drop by because they were in the neighborhood. We do not do much online, mostly just phone calls and people visiting the shop. It is a practical way to run things. The noise from the other units in the complex is something you just get used to after a week. We like being in Okhla because everything we need is nearby.
