Qasim Clinic

Hazrat Nizamuddin West is a place with a lot of history and a lot of narrow streets. Qasim Clinic is right in the heart of it at B-36. If you’ve walked around here, you know how crowded it gets, especially near the Dargah. Our clinic is small, but we fit a lot into it. It’s the kind of place where the doctor knows your name and probably knew your father too. We don't have a giant lobby or a coffee shop inside. It’s just a waiting area with some chairs and the sounds of the street coming through the door. People come in with all sorts of regular aches and pains, or maybe just for some advice. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors. It’s a community clinic through and through. Life moves fast in Delhi, but in here, we try to take enough time with everyone. Sometimes there is a wait, and people just chat with each other while they sit. It’s not a cold, sterile environment; it feels more like a part of the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while and we plan on staying. There isn't any fancy tech or big slogans on the walls. It’s just about being a local spot where people can get some help without a big fuss. It is a humble place that serves the people living in the nearby blocks and alleys every single day without fail.
